 Posing with Olympians Dan Purvis and Kristian Thomas 64 gymnasts and 10 coaches took part in our annual Summer holiday gymnastics camp at Lilleshall National Sports Centre from Mon 29th July-August 2nd. We took a bus from Shrewsbury each day to one of the best gymnastics centres in the country which luckily for us is based in Shropshire. It was a privilege to train alongside members of the men's Olympic gymnastics team as they were in the same gym preparing for  Having fun during warm-up! the World Championships. The gymnasts benefited from four hours of training classes a day including fun and games in the beautiful gardens outside during lunch time. All of the children were set individual targets to achieve throughout the week. The girls achieved a variety of new skills on the beam, bars, floor and vault with the boys gaining moves on the pommel, rings, floor, P-bars and vault. A huge thank you to our dedicated team of coaches and 64 hard working, well behaved, fantastic children. A selection of photos from the week.......

I just wanted to say a massive thank you to all of the staff at Stage 2 for putting on this training camp, you all looked exhausted by the friday from all of your hard work!
