DOUBLE GOLD at West Midlands NDP Regional Grades 2015

Lucie - West Midlands NDP In Age Grade 5 Champion

Two of our squad gymnasts were both crowned individual regional champions at the recent West Midlands NDP Grades Competition held in Birmingham.

9-year-old Lucie scored higher than over 50 girls to take all around gold in the In Age Grade 5 category. 8-year-old Izzy topped a 50-strong category in the In Age Grade 6 to also top the podium and cap a double gold for the club.

Club Director Sarah-Jane Howard says, "We were over the moon to have one
regional champion, but to take the double was just fantastic! It is the best set of results we have had in the past 15 years which is down to the dedication and hard work of everyone involved at the club."

10-year-old Chloe Speake also impressed the judges taking the all-around bronze in the Out of Age Grade 6 category.

Fellow squad members Danni, Mae, Carrie and Ellana also passed their grades with Distinctions.
